Many of us would have experienced distress due to COVID-19 pandemic and what this has shown us all is how our circumstances impact our mental health.
This book introduces the idea that our mental health and resilience are determined by what has happened to us. Children should not be left to carry these burdens into their adult lives. It is hoped this book can help children and the grown-ups around them understand that we need to create the right condition for everyone to be able to thrive.
